​In my sessions, I hold space for the subtle nudges of your soul. This may take the form of psychic insights, or simply being present with you. Ultimately, it’s about helping you return to a state of alignment by noticing areas of imbalance, so that you can begin to release what no longer serves you.
My approach is intuitive and grounded, guided by energy rather than predictions. I tune into what’s present in your field—what wants to be felt, acknowledged or shifted. Sometimes spirit communicates directly, other times the session centers on reflection, support, and healing guidance. My role is to see you, honor where you are, and, when needed, gently call out what may be keeping you stuck, always with respect for your process.
